Endo and ergonomics...

Today without any endodontic case.  Our team are preparing for lecture in Tartu (Estonia) http://ehp.ehl.ee/?page_id=232 about ergonomics during endodontic treatment. We have a lot of stuff in our offices eg. scope, apex locator, rotaries, hot gutta percha etc. How to menage it with our DSA in easiest way?

Case of the week part 15

This was not easy one visit case. On the pre-op picture (left side) You can see curvature of vestibular roots. Crown down technique with a lot of hypo irrigation, time and "soft hand" helps me to finish it in almost two hours. Some additional canals are visible after the obturation (Endoactivator and NaOCl works well). You can also see some sealer behind palatal Apex - it is in periapical veins (macrophages
