Another challenging file retrieval! Young patient was send to my office to remove huge part of instrument. 3-4 mm od file was beyond apex. On first visit i tried to remove it by ultrasonics (u-file and endochuck), was trying to cement it in modified injection needle etc....after 1 hour nothing changed. Patient complained that when she bites on this tooth, it hurts. So on second appointment I use Zumax Broken Instrument Removal Kit and after 30 minutes - yeah! Na pierwszej wizycie próbowałem usunąć go u-filem na endochucku, próbowałem również cementować narzędzie w zmodyfikowanej igle iniekcyjnej itp... po 1 godzinie walki efekt był zerowy. Pacjentka narzekała, że ząb boli ją podczas nagryzania. Umówiłem więc pacjentkę na 2 wizytę i na niej zastosowałem Zumax Broken Instrument Removal Kit. Po 30 minutach - mamy go!
